The story so far

THE NIGHT AUDIT

This is Mike Levy. CEO of Cherry Hill Academy. Audit influencer. He does not just influence followers. He influences audit opinions.

Tonight the office is dark and the risk universe is loose. FRAUD stalks the corridors. DEADLINE runs ahead of you. CYBER flanks from angles you did not expect. COMPLIANCE wanders the halls. The evidence is scattered across every department, and the audit committee meets at dawn.

One auditor. One flashlight. One very good dog. Collect the evidence, test the key controls, and chase every risk back to the register where it belongs.

The Work

Collect every piece of evidence to complete the workpapers
Test a gold key control: when it operates, the risks are exposed. Catch them to remediate.
Remediated risks return to the Risk Register and reissue. Risks always do.

The Risks

FRAUD hunts you directly and never gets tired
DEADLINE aims ahead of where you are going
CYBER flanks from angles you did not expect
COMPLIANCE wanders in and out when you least expect it

Daisy

Daisy visits the floor twice per board. Go get her.
With Daisy at your side you run faster and sweep up nearby evidence
If a risk catches you while she is with you, Daisy chases it off. Once.
