Controls

Rules of Engagement
- ▲ In a collision, whoever is higher wins. That is the moral high ground, and it is the only rule Governance ever gave us.
- ▲ Ties bounce. Like most meetings.
- ▲ The screen wraps. Management always comes back around.
The Opposition
- 🐦 The Minimizer, on a seagull. Seagull management: flies in, makes a lot of noise, dumps on everything, and leaves. 500 pts.
- 📱 The Deflector, on a buzzard that circles until the finding dies of old age. Never looks up from the phone. 750 pts.
- 💰 The CFO, on the golden goose. Guards it jealously. 1,500 pts.
Paperwork & Hazards
- 🥚 Unseated managers drop a Management Response. Grab it before it hatches into somebody more senior.
- 🔥 The pit at the bottom is The Backlog. Do not touch The Backlog. Scope Creep lives in it.
- 💸 Every 20,000 points, the budget approves an extra finding.
- 🕵️ Close each cycle in under 40 seconds, or The Regulator shows up. Nobody outlasts The Regulator. A perfect head-on hit, though...
