The bank shipped AI to production. Nobody told the auditors.
It is live right now. Models are making decisions on the
model floor, the Ledger Vault is wide open behind you, and the failures
have already started walking in: a jailbroken chatbot, a
credit model that drifted into a fair lending problem, an assistant
that answers with total confidence and no basis in fact.
You are the third line, and you are the only one on the
floor. Three waves. Ninety seconds each. One vault. Scan the threats,
test the controls, and find the ones that only look governed. Most
people miss those. That is the point.
You are not doing it alone.

be supporting you throughout your mission. Mike is on the floor with
you, and Daisy is right at his side. When he brings his fists down the
ground cracks and everything near it goes with it.
Off the model floor he does this for real, and he is here at the
Exchange to help with whatever AI is putting in front of your audit
function.

their quality needs, as well as a host of AI-enabled services.

HUMAN-LED. AI-ENABLED.
RISK HUNT
Audit the algorithm. Govern the model. Three minutes on the model floor.
MISSION BRIEFING
Hold the model floor
You are the third line at a bank running AI in production.
Failures are converging on the Ledger Vault.
Chatbot jailbreak and the rogue agent: fast. Scan on sight.
Credit model drift: slow, heavy, and a fair lending exposure.
Fabricated advice: worth the most. Confident and wrong.
Governed models glow green. Scanning one is a false positive:
it costs you points and a mistake.
HOW TO PLAY
Tap a threat to scan it. The whole floor is in view,
so nothing can arrive from behind you.
Read the label first. Holding on a target names it and shows
what the shot is worth, before you commit.
Tap AUDIT SWEEP to test the green systems. Some of
them are lapsed, and sweeping is the only way to tell.
THE PART THAT CATCHES PEOPLE
Some of those green systems are lapsed. They report
as governed and they are not, you cannot tell by looking, and they breach
the vault like anything else.
Shooting one before you have swept counts as a false positive: acting on a
hunch is the same mistake even when you turn out to be right. Letting a
lapsed one past costs points, not a mistake.
Mike Levy, CEO, and the Cherry Hill Academy team will be
supporting you throughout your mission. He is on the floor with you,
and Daisy is at his side.
The whole floor is in view.

THIS IS OUR DAY JOB
Everything this game just made you do, we do on real AI
estates: find what is running, test whether the controls hold, and evidence
it well enough to put in front of a board.
