Terms of Use
Effective 4 October 2026
1. What this is
Cherry Hill Academy exists to give back to the internal audit and risk community. It is a set of free browser games and free learning for people who work in internal audit, risk and compliance, and the games turn that work into something playable.
They are entertainment and learning aids, not a professional service. Playing does not make you a client of anyone and does not create a professional, advisory or confidential relationship. Nothing here is audit, accounting, tax, legal or investment advice.
2. The games are not the standards
Characters, companies, scores and scenarios are invented or simplified, even where a game names a real standard, a real framework or a real case. Nothing in a game is a conclusion about any real organization or person.
Some games, such as the library in Audit Craft, present true history and technical facts, and we work to get them right. Treat them as a starting point and check the primary source before you rely on one in a workpaper, a report, a filing or a board paper.
3. Please play fairly
Do not scrape the site in bulk, submit scores that a person did not earn, use a script to play, or work around the rate limits. They exist so the games stay free and available, and so a leaderboard means something.
Names on a leaderboard are public. Please do not enter a name or an employer that is not yours to use. We may remove an entry or reset a board at any time.
4. Availability, and the fine print that is actually fine
The games are free and provided as they are, with no warranty of accuracy or availability. We may change them, rate-limit them or withdraw them at any time. Cherry Hill Academy is not liable for loss arising from reliance on anything a game says.
What we do with your data is set out in the Privacy Notice.
